SMILE Training is a dedicated training provider for people who currently work or wish to pursue a career working with children. When we are working with children it is very important to start their learning journey with excitement, enthusiasm, passion and creativity so this continues with them throughout their lives.
As a professional you play such an important role in the small vulnerable lives that are in your care. Children hold on to each and every word that is spoken to them and look up to their carers, whether these are parents, educational practitioners, friends and family and so we are all teachers in our own right. This is a very big role as we are influencing the future but with the right strategies and training this doesn’t have to be such a daunting thought.
